Hartmann Plantation

This brochure was designed for Hartmann Plantation, a new luxury apartment community in Lebanon, TN. Since this is such a new community, most of the buildings were still under construction during the design of this brochure. Since we couldn't take any photography of the property, we only had blueprints to go buy. To give the brochure some visual interest, we decided to watercolor the clubhouse outline, which turned out very well.
