This post card was designed for Hospice Compassus, a family of community based hospices, with corporate offices located in Brentwood, TN. The Mission of Hospice Compassus is to honor life and offer hope to individuals facing a life-limiting illness by supporting them with compassion, integrity and excellence. Our mission in creating this direct mail piece was to show how Hospice Compassus touch one families lives.

Hospice Compassus is dedicated to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and providing comfort and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their family members. Focused on enhancing the quality of life remaining, Hospice Compassus provides effective symptom control and care that focuses on the whole individual – addressing physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
